  1. What is the Master Suites Referral Program?
    The Master Suites Referral Program allows you to earn rewards by referring clients who need short-term furnished accommodations to us. If your referral results in a successful booking, you receive a referral fee.

  2. Who can participate in the referral program?
    The program is open to apartment leasing consultants, managers, and other individuals who refer clients to Master Suites Corporate Housing Solutions. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

  3. How do I refer a client?
    You can refer a client by filling out the referral form on our website or by sending an email to Referrals@MasterSuitesCorporateHousing.com with the client’s name, contact information, and details about their temporary housing needs.

  4. What is the referral fee?
    You will earn $100 for each successful booking made by a referred client. Additionally, you will receive a bonus of $50 for every 5 successful referrals.

  5. When will I receive my referral fee?
    Referral fees are paid within 30 days after the referred client has completed their stay. Payments can be made via check or electronic transfer, based on your preference.

  6. What qualifies as a successful referral?
    A referral is considered successful when the referred client books an apartment with us and completes a stay of at least 30 days.

  7. Can I refer more than one client?
    Yes, you can refer as many clients as you like. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

  8. How will I know if my referral was successful?
    We will notify you via email once your referral has resulted in a successful booking and the client has completed their stay.

  9. What if the referred client cancels their booking?
    If the referred client cancels their booking or does not complete the minimum stay requirement, the referral will not be considered successful, and no referral fee will be paid.

  10. How can I track my referrals?
    You can track your referrals by contacting us at Referrals@MasterSuitesCorporateHousing.com or 559-765-6755. We will provide you with updates on the status of your referrals.

  11. Can I participate in the referral program if I am not a leasing consultant or manager?
    Yes, the referral program is open to anyone who refers clients to Master Suites Corporate Housing Solutions, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
