Master Suites Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The referral program is open to apartment leasing consultants, managers, and other individuals who refer clients to Master Suites Corporate Housing Solutions.

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.

2. Referral Process

• Referrals must be submitted through the designated referral form on our website or via email to [Your Email Address].

• The referral must include the referred client’s name, contact information, and any relevant details about their temporary housing needs.

3. Referral Fee

• A referral fee of $100 will be paid for each successful booking made by a referred client.

• An additional bonus of $50 will be awarded for every 5 successful referrals.

4. Payment Terms

• Referral fees will be paid within 30 days after the referred client has completed their stay.

• Payments will be made via check or electronic transfer, as per the participant’s preference.

5. Conditions for Payment

• The referred client must book and complete a stay of at least 30 days for the referral to be considered successful.

• If the referred client cancels their booking or does not complete the minimum stay requirement, no referral fee will be paid.

6. Program Duration

• The referral program is ongoing, but Master Suites Corporate Housing Solutions reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

7. Confidentiality

• Participants must maintain the confidentiality of all client information and not disclose any details to third parties.

8. Disqualification

• Master Suites Corporate Housing Solutions reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Master Suites Corporate Housing Solutions is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures in the referral process.
